You can’t learn to lead from a course. Leadership is learned in your reality and in your everyday life.
The leadership development program “Leading in Complexity” is closely tied to your real-world context. In the program, you gain access to carefully selected theories and tools, but most importantly, you enter a setting where, together with others, you explore, experiment, and exchange experiences.
The purpose of the program is to strengthen your approach to the questions that determine whether you, your team, and your organization will succeed and thrive in complexity and rapid change. For some participants, the program serves as a way to update old perspectives. For others, it means building a new approach from the ground up. Regardless of where you are in your career, you will leave with practical tools, valuable insights, and an enhanced ability to lead in complexity and change.
Building effective teams runs as a red thread throughout the program.
In a team made up of people with diverse expertise, industry experience, and backgrounds, you will develop your thinking about how you and your organization can operate, thrive, and succeed in a complex and fast-changing environment. The program begins with a team-building process, and the strong relationships that form often lead participants to continue using each other as sounding boards and advisors long after the program has ended.
