You can’t learn leadership on a course. You learn to lead in everyday life. The leadership development program ”Leading in Complexity” is strongly connected to your reality. During the program, you learn solid theories, concepts and tools. First and foremost, you get a context where you, together with others, explore, test and exchange experiences.

The purpose of the program is to develop your approach to issues that are critical to whether you, your team and your organization are to succeed and thrive in complex environments and/or rapid change. For some participants, the program means an update to old approaches. Others build their approach from scratch. Regardless of where you are in your career, you will gain practical tools, many insights and an increased ability to lead within complex and changing environments.

Skills you develop during the program:

  • Build effective teams and lead team during a time of complexity and rapid pace of change.
  • Change management
  • Know how to use practical tools and concepts to create psychological safety in your team
  • You’ve increased your ability to seek new perspective to enable you and your team to generate new ideas, innovations and solutions
  • Create empowerment and lead through engaged team members

Building effective teams is a common theme throughout the program.

You will be a part of a team during the program that isvmade up of people with different skills, industry experiences and backgrounds. You will develop a mindset about how you and your organization can work, thrive and succeed in a complex environment with a rapid pace of change. On the first day of the program, you start with a team-building process. The strong relationships created between team members lead to long-lasting relationships encompassing coaching and brainstorming ideas even after the program ends.
