Iero har blivit en viktig del i min utveckling som ledare och person. Jag var interimschef när jag gick första iero-programmet och genom programmet fick jag verktyg att använda på hemmaplan, vilket hjälpte mig att ta min ledarroll och verkligen få igång det team som jag hade i uppgift att bygga och leda. Programmet var en stor anledning till att mitt interimsuppdrag blev en fast anställning. Flera av iero-verktygen använder jag fortfarande varje vecka även med mitt nuvarande team (4 år senare). Efter programmet har ieros återkommande workshops varit viktiga för mig. Med tanke på hur lite tid jag spenderat på iero-workshoparna så är det ganska lustigt hur mycket de påverkar min vardag. Workshoparna gör att jag får nya verktyg och påminnelser om hur jag kan jobba med mitt team och min organisation, men de har också haft stor inverkan på allt ifrån vad jag äter och dricker till hur jag förbereder mig själv inför viktiga möten och tillfällen då bra kommunikation kommer vara viktig. På det rent mänskliga planet så är det väldigt givande att jag på kort
tid fått djup kontakt med många spännande personer, även dem som inte gick programmen samtidigt som jag. Det är inspirerande att höra hur andra iero-medlemmar använder iero-kunskap i sin verklighet. Om programmet

Programmet har haft stor effekt på vår effektivitet. Hur jag prioriterar, hur jag bjuder in till, driver och väljer möten. Jag har nu en tydlighet i vad som är viktigt och vad jag ska prioritera att lägga tid på. Resultatet är att jag jobbar mindre övertid samtidigt som min grupps prestation, effektivitet och responsivitet konstant ökar. Jag har mer tid för mina medarbetare och genom att vi prioriterar bättre har många i min organisation fått mer utrymme att växa. Tack vare att jag under programmet ”Personligt ledarskap” tog fram min personliga värderingskompass underlättade det nyligen ett karriärsval jag ställdes inför, att antingen fördjupa mig inom min nuvarande roll när den känns som roligast, eller att ta mig an en ny roll. Det blev det senare, då den gav högre utslag på mina kärnvärderingar. Nu ser jag fram emot att återigen få nytta av ieros verktygslåda i ett nytt team.
